Terms Of Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between Workeiz (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and

Scope of Services:

The Company agrees to provide lead generation services to the Client, aiming to deliver qualified and interested leads in the real estate industry.

Payment Terms:

1- The Client shall pay a sign-up fee of $1299 upfront upon signing this Agreement.

2- In the event that the Company fails to provide a minimum of an average of 3 -4 referrals as specified in lead Delivery, the sign-up fee will be refundable.

3- Referrals Fees: Broker/Agent consents to pay Workeiz 10% of the Net Commission for any Real Estate transactions (buying and selling) through the leads during the Marketing Coverage period/time.

4- The signup fee will be reimbursed back into the client’s account after the very first successful closing.

Lead Delivery:

1- The Company will deliver the first lead within 2 weeks from the date of signing this Agreement.

2- A total of an average of 3-4  referrals per month on live transfer will be delivered to the Client every month, commencing from the date of the first lead delivery.

Agreement Duration:

1- The Client acknowledges and agrees to maintain this Agreement for a minimum period of 120 days, starting from the date of the first lead delivery.

2- The Client shall not terminate the Agreement before the completion of the 120 days period, except in cases of unsuccessful delivery of leads by the Company.

Additional Services:

1- If the Client is satisfied with the service and wishes to receive further leads, the Client understands that they must sign up for the same package and payment terms as outlined in this Agreement.

Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information exchanged during the course of this Agreement, in accordance with the terms stated in a separate Confidentiality Agreement or Non-Disclosure Agreement, if applicable.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior discussions, negotiations, or agreements, whether written or verbal, relating to the subject matter herein.
